PRICESPrices-Deposit-Local TaxPrices: Attic loft apartment: Big apartment: Our prices are daily per apartment, with a minimum stay of 4 nights. On request, we also welcome your dog for an additional price of €10 per day. Other Informations: We are required to charge every guest over 14 years old, a local tourist tax of €2.50 per day. This tax is not included in the total daily rate. The final cleaning is included in the price. However, the apartments have to be left as they have been found. Please dispose of and/or recycle your waste, as well as wash and store away the dishes. Please note, check-in for the apartment is from 14:00 on the arrival day and check-out is at 09:30 on the departure day. In order to confirm your reservation, please pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount within 10 days of your booking to our bank account. Please state your name and surname as subject of the bank transfer. The remainder of the bill is paid onsite in cash at time of check-out. Please note, we do not accept credit card payments. We reserve our right to keep the deposit in case of cancellation. If you depart before the end date of your booked stay, we include the missing days in the bill. Please see the cancellation policy.
